Take the bikes out for a self guided adventure on the most popular trails of the region.
Jump in the shuttle that will take you down the scenic roads from downtown Wanaka to the lakeside town of Hawea. You will be dropped off in Hawea where you can grab a coffee before setting off to the explore the Hawea River Track on our state of the art mountain bikes.
This fantastic 30km scenic ride is our most popular and is the perfect way to escape the crowds and experience nature at its finest. Starting at Lake Hawea, you’ll guide yourself along a grade 2 trail that follows the Hawea and Clutha rivers, exposing luscious native bushland and gorgeous scenic vistas as you travel to the Wanaka lakefront and back to Wanaka township. From here you may choose to extend your ride with a visit to #WANAKATREE, the perfect way to end the trip!

Wanaka bike riding
We met Mike on time. He provided us with nice advices during our car ride to Hawea. Bike are really good. We took regular bikes but some people took ebikes and they look new as well. Took us about 4h with nice coffee stop at Pattiseire. Really nice ride, would recommend for everyone. Most of path is off-road but is really easy to ride.

Simple to book. Collected on time and dropped out to start of track by helpful, informative guide.

Challenging Ride
The service and communications were great and the ride was even better! Beautiful views as we cycled along the lakes and river back to Wanaka. Give them a try and you’ll be glad you did.

Great bikes, beautiful ride
Fantastic day cycling along a beautiful well maintained track. Stu was excellent picking us up, explaining how to use the bikes, we used the bikes until 5pm to make the most of the stunning scenery. Highly recommend, brilliant way to see the countryside around Wanaka

재밌음
생각보다 엄청 재밌고 별로 힘들지 않았어요. 진짜 중간에 포기하고 싶어지면 어쩌지 걱정하면서 갔는데 오르막길이 진짜 짧게 짧게 있어서 죽겠다라는 생각이 나오기 전에 오르막길이 끝나요. 개인적으로 Lake Hawea 부터 알버트 타운까지 길도 쉽고 풍경도 멋있었던 것 같아요. 산악자전거는 처음이었는데 거의 평지가 대부분이라 별로 어렵지 않았고 자전거 의자에도 쿠션같은 거 해놨어요. 그래도 좀 아프긴해요.. 자전거 반납 시간도 충분히 여유 있어서 사진도 찍고 쉬면서 오시면 진짜 좋은 경험이 될 것 같습니다. 개인적으론 강추
