We got the dates wrong and when I brought this up with the company they weren’t willing to work with me to see if we can get another spot etc when attempting we were almost paying double because it was only a day before. Our whole family missed out. Understand this was our fault but did not have any helpful ideas or support to get us on another day but was just told to book again.. so we didn’t. If we had support around it we would have spent the money again with them but we were fobbed off. Reminder to make sure you get your dates right while on island time as that was my bad..
