Great guide + well planned + beautiful spots + a bit of luck for weather and animals = day full of joy and making friends Lucy picked us up with a comfy van and took us around the city and into the peninsula for various attractions. We had lunch at Larnach castle. Last but not least, we made good friends too.
Lucy was a brilliant guide taking us to many of the best locations in the Otago peninsula and Dunedin area.
Firstly, we were blessed with a fabulous day. That set everyone off in a good mood. Lucy picked us up at 9.30 by the Railway Station in the Honda people mover. This vehicle was clean, spacious and very comfortable and, as the day progressed and we got to know Lucy better, we realized what a lovely, knowledgeable and funny person she was. Nothing was too much of a problem for her and we were well catered for. Our trip included all that was described in the promotion and, in fact, a couple of extra items were added. We toured the salient sights of the city before venturing out to the Otago Peninsula. We did Larnach Castle and then the picturesque southern coast where we were treated by watching seals frolicking in the shallows. Although we did not go into the Royal Albatross park we did enter the Centre building and we did see an Albatross gracefully swooping across the headland. The scenery was amazing and we had a wonderful day. A final bonus was provided when Lucy dropped us off at our accommodation.
Very pleasant day out. Great scenery on the drive. Lots packed into the day. Would have liked to have enough time for the 30 minute tour at the albatross centre. Driver was accommodating.

Super
Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Reiseführerin, die das Programm spontan den Wetterwidrigkeiten angepasst hat und dadurch einen gelungenen Abschluss in der Bierbrauerei eingebaut hat. Sehr zu empfehlen! Great Time! Sandra
