Staff were horrible
Staff was rude. It was our first visit and didn't even know what to do. The lady at reception seemed annoyed that we were there. We were charged for equipment that was supposed to be free as said is helmet and shoes. And the staff threw a helmet at my 1 year old while trying to throw it in a bin. The place is dirty and unwelcoming. We won't be returning.

Overrated
I wouldn’t recommend snow planet to anyone, there was no measures in place for disinfect hired gear specially u times like these when we are in a pandemic. Helmets were stinky, we went to winter wonderland, but I wouldn’t call it wonderland, things were broken, fairy lights were out. No safety measures were in place. I am giving it 1 star coz only the toilets weee clean.
