Calling all wine enthusiasts! Get ready for the Sip & Savour Tour, where it's all about delighting your taste buds with a dash of fun and a hint of indulgence. We've paired up Waiheke's finest wines with scrumptious bites to make your wine adventure simply unforgettable.
We'll explore an array of renowned vineyards where a shared platter lunch complete with a glass of wine, awaits you. Picture this: award-winning olive oil, locally farmed Te Matuku oysters (when they're in the mood to show up!), sweet and savory manuka-Pohutukawa honey, and Cat's legendary homemade focaccia bread.
All this goodness, alongside other local delights, while you swirl, sniff, and sip our world-famous, award-winning wines. Let the good times pour!
Sample Itinerary
- 9am - Depart Auckland on Fullers Ferry to Waiheke Island (ferry at own cost)
- 9.50am - Arrive at Matiatia Wharf where you will be greeted by your guide
- 10am - Quick stop and one of Waiheke's local joints for a caffeine fix
- 11am - Arrive at your first vineyard for the day and sample some delicious wines
- 12pm - Second vineyard for another memorable tasting of award-wining wines
- 1pm - Enjoy a tasting at the 3rd vineyard
- 2pm- Soak up the islands views and atmosphere over a scrumptious shared platter style lunch (shared between 2) and an accompanying glass of wine
- 4pm -5pm - Depart Waiheke on Fullers Ferry to Auckland or choose to stay longer to make your way back in your own time

Sun, wine and good vibes
What an amazing day. Our tour guide Nidia made this an amazing experience. She went above and beyond making sure that we got the most out of our day. We got to visit 5 different places and got told about and shown all the different points of interest about the island in general. Would highly recommend and whould love to come back.

Sip and Savour
Our host was exceptional, highly recommend her as a tour guide. The day went well with a good balance of wineries and plenty of time to have lunch and mingle with others. Would recommend this tour to my friends.

Lovely tour
Nidia was an amazing tour guide and very knowledgeable. She took us around Weiheke Island where we visited 4 great wineries with good quality wine. I highly recommended this tour.

Lovely Day
If you want to start your day with coffee in town, visit vineyards, sample local cheeses and olives, meander around the island and finish with lunch and breathtaking views. This is it! Only thing was we were dropped back at the ferry last minute and couldnt get on - had to wait 2 hours, so keep an eye on the time ...
