There are some painful parts so if that’s a consideration for you maybe communicate that upfront but the hot rocks…divine!! One bit of feedback would be more information around the process for newbies like myself (things like disrobing, getting under the covers, what we’re starting with, what’s next, etc). If we’re in Takapuna again, we will def book in again!!
